What's in the box?


The Novice box is designed as a beginner witch course, every month containing a different lesson in witchcraft. Yet, many of our subscribers are returning or experienced witches. Our collections are filled with items that practitioners of all levels can enjoy. You will get 6 to 10 full-size items related to that month's theme, which can be crystals, spell kits, golden plated/925 sterling jewelry, books, tarot/oracle decks, and many more. On top of that, you will receive beautifully designed guides, grimoire pages and/or charts containing educational information on witchcraft practice, and how to properly utilize and care for your new tools. Also included, is our exclusive monthly moon calendar to help you plan your rituals or intention setting.




Where are the products sourced from?


Part of the box is filled with our exclusive handcrafted and/or custom made items.

Soul Spell Society's goal is to connect witches, so we also partner with witch owned small businesses from all over the globe.




I'm still in the Broom closet. Is the package non-descriptive?


Yes! We understand not all witches are ready to share their path with the world, so every box comes in a discrete mailer bag/box. Inside is where the magick happens, with a sturdy box made to protect your new witchy tools.




Do you ship internationally?


We do!

We cover partial shipping costs for international witches, lowering the fees to $17 for Canada, and $27 for the rest of the world!

Please note that some countries charge additional customs duties. We recommend contacting your local postal carrier regarding your country's regulations to avoid unexpected fees.




When will I get my box?


All boxes ship on the last week of the month. Returning subscribers, or returning one-time purchase clients (welcome back!), ordering before the 23rd of the month, will receive that same month's box. If your order after the cutoff date, you will receive the following month's box.




What is your refund/return policy?


Some of our items are handmade and/or custom made, so all sales are final and not eligible for returns or refunds.




When are subscriptions renewed?


Monthly subscriptions auto-renew on the anniversary of date of purchase. E.g.: If you purchased your subscription on September 30th, your renewal date will be the 30th of each month. All though we'd be sad to see you go, you may cancel your subscription at any time.




I'm experiencing shipping issues, what do I do?


SHIPPING DELAYS

Once your box is on the way, you will receive a tracking number. The Novice boxes are shipped from Los Angeles, California, through USPS priority mail. The delivery estimate is 1-3 business days.

Postal carriers may occasionally experience overflow and/or delays, therefore if it's been 2 weeks since the last scan of your tracking number, we recommend contacting USPS to receive a status update on your package.

If the package is deemed lost, please reach out to us on our contact page, and we'll be more than happy to help.

Please note, we have no control over package delivery or status once your box is in the care of the postal service.


RETURN TO SENDER


In the event of an incorrect or incomplete address, postal carriers return packages to us. If this is the case, we can reship your box once we receive it for an additional $9 shipping fee*.

If you no longer wish to receive your box, we can alternatively issue you a refund after the deduction of the $9 shipping fee*.

*Amount is for US customers only. International subscribers can contact us for the current shipping costs.




I've subscribed, but I don't see an active subscription on my members page.


If you signed up to our website after placing your order, it won't reflect on your account.

Upon subscribing, you will receive a notification confirming the order. Renewals will occur each month on the anniversary of your purchase.

If you haven't received a confirmation e-mail, don't hesitate in reaching out to us on our contact page, and we'll check your order's status for you.




I have an issue with an item.


We make sure your box is properly packaged and ready to handle the rough love they can undergo while traveling to your doorstep. In the unfortunate event of a missing or broken item, we will work with you to make it right.

Please note, in order to process a replacement, we will need a picture of the broken item.
